I will provide a spreadsheet (in whatever format you like) that analyzes and breaks out all the costs for your products so you can be sure you are making money!

Up to 50 unique raw ingredients/packaging, 15 unique finished goods, and 3 separate production procedures.  
It's like the basic margin analysis, but you get up to 150 raw ingredients/packaging, 50 unique finished goods, and 7 separate production procedures.  In addition, I will take a look at your fixed costs and create a break even/profit analysis on your manufacturing!

In Depth System Dive - $975

In this 1-2 week intensive systems dive I will take a look at all your systems, how they connect, and how each one is performed.  From there we will identify a particular system which needs to be redesigned and then I will fix it, automate it, streamline it, or outsource it.
